Privacy and inquiry handling

This notice explains what AI Co-Pilots and Agents LLC collects through this website, who processes it, and how long it is kept. Please do not include sensitive information in the inquiry form, by email, or in a booking description.
The inquiry form
The form asks for your name, your email address, your company or team (optional), and a description of what you would like to build or improve. That information is used only to read and assess your inquiry and to reply to you. Nothing else is requested, and no account is created.
The website does not store inquiries. There is no website database, and your message is not written to logs, analytics or browser storage.
How an inquiry reaches me
Submitting the form sends your inquiry as an email through Cloudflare Email Service, from a dedicated sending address on the forms.aicopilotsandagents.com subdomain, to hello@aicopilotsandagents.com. That mailbox is hosted in Google Workspace. The recipient address is fixed in the website's configuration and cannot be changed by anyone submitting the form. Your email address is used as the reply address so I can answer you.
Email you send directly to hello@aicopilotsandagents.com, rather than through the form, is handled the same way: read and used to respond to your request, kept in the same Google Workspace mailbox, and subject to the same retention practice described below.
Spam and abuse protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. A submission limit is applied per source and across the site. That limit is calculated from a keyed, daily-rotating hash derived from your network address; the address itself is not stored, and it is never placed in a URL or an analytics event.
Booking a call
The booking links open Calendly. Calendly and the connected calendar provider process whatever you submit there under their own privacy terms, separately from this website.
Hosting and analytics
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic. No email address, message content or form value is sent to analytics, and the site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long information is kept
When an inquiry does not lead to work together and I have explicitly closed it, the inquiry and its related messages are deleted one calendar month after that closure date.
Records relating to clients are kept for as long as tax and legal obligations require.
